Returns & Refunds Policy
At Luna Heaven, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your LunaPulse Heating Belt, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 4 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via email or phone (details in the footer) with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable delivery method.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned after the 14-day window.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us immediately upon receiving a damaged product.
